Not a Love Story: A Film about Pornography (clip 3)
A thought-provoking chronicle of the odyssey of director Bonnie Klein and Linda Lee Tracey, a stripper. Together they set out to explore the world of peep shows, strip joints and sex supermarkets. Both are motivated by the desire to know more about pornography--why it exists, the forms it takes, and how it affects relations between men and women.
In this clip, a male adult film star offers his perspective on the pornography industry and cites the degradation of women as his reason for leaving the profession.

The film is useless as a serious inquiry into adult entertainment, but it's invaluable as a snapshot of a place and time (early-'80s Canada) where a movie like this could be taken seriously. - car title loans irvine
