Media for social change

ICASO is the International Council of AIDS Service Organizations, a global network of non-governmental and community-based organizations. ICASO was formed in 1991 with secretariats in five geographic regions, and a central secretariat based in Canada. In 1995 ICASO was incorporated under Canadian law.
