Mary Balikungeri is the founder of the Rwanda Women's Network and Polyclinic of Hope in Rwanda. In this interview, Balikungeri talks about women making up nearly 49% of legislators in Rwandan parliament. But she says that the women in those seats still need to be empowered to have a stronger voice in the house.
