Phillipe Robillard, indoor agriculturist and visionary, founded La Ferme Pousse Menu in 1988, the only building in Montreal to have farm status from La Ministere De L'Agriculture. By manipulating his indoor surroundings, Robillard is able to produce highly nutritious sprouts and deliver them to the market all within the confines of the city.
