It provides a rare opportunity for homeless community members to voice their own concerns, to create their own media and to engage in dialogue with one another and with a broader general audience.

ATSA, Action Terroriste Socialement Acceptable, is commemorating its 10th anniversary of Etat D'urgence at Parc Emilie-Gamelin in Montreal. Their goal is to bring urban art interventions to the downtown streets and raise awareness about social and political issues.
