This link leads you to LifeCycles' Youth Food and Agriculture Work Experience Program. In our day and age food has become a business. We often forget  food does not come out of a package, but is cultivated. Ten lucky youths from British Columbia are selected to take part in the program and experience the cultivation of certain foods. From this program they will gain pertinent agricultural work experience over six weeks and learn about the issues pertaining to the agricultural food industry. Once the program is completed, the youths obtain certification allowing them to continue to work in this industry.
